Day ten

Day 10 Friday 9th April

Crisp and cold and a cloudless sky. Into our ski togs and off to the mountains for
some of the best skiing we have ever had. Snow crisp and icy in the mornings but the pistes are beautifully prepared and hardly anyone on the slopes. Very slippery and fast under the skis. Exiting and totally exhilarating. Kept mostly to the flattering easy pistes of Pralongia to get our legs in, yummy lunch, snow softer in the afternoon so back to the wang for madams afternoon trot.
She spent most of her time bothering the wildlife round the site. Lots of fluffy white bunnies and black sinister looking squirrels all heading for the hills at great speed.

  1. Ah my lovelies - happy at last! What lovely photos you have on the blog and doesn't Molly look beautiful in that snow. Wanted to pop on a plane and give you both a great big hug to cheer you up after your awful start, well stop, in Germany. So happy to hear you're enjoying yourselves now in bella Italia! Much love and hugs Fi and Ben xxxx

  2. Dearest Cousin Molly - Gascoigne calling.

Well I must say, you look very at home in that glorious italian snow, though if you are to hold your head high in Bella Italia you may have to paint your nails and give that coat of yours a good gloss!

Glad to know that the rabbits and squirrels are on hand for jolly games of hide and seek. If you catch one let me know - do italian rabbits taste different to English ones? In Gosport this week - so dictating this to my social secretary in MK! She says to ask you to tell the humans that she is glad to hear that the traumas of Germany and now behind you all and it will soon be a forgotton memory. Plus - isn't it amazing how the internet renders the postcard obsolete. Lots of love, and I'll keep the squirrels on their toes here for you.

The scenery looks fantastic. Molly looks very happy. Very overcast here today, not much sun. Enjoy the snow while is lasts. Where are you moving to next? Lotsof Love Ann et al xx

Sorry Fi & Hilary, I have only just seen the comments that you have both posted. Should get it right from now on. All we need now is a picture of Rob Andy and Molly together whcih will be brilliant. Can that be arranged?
